Lichada Villas is a vacation home for those who want to enjoy the typical Greek vacation feeling in a beautiful setting. Recently renovated and offers the ideal base for those looking for a relaxing stay in northern Evia (Euboa) The location offers a beautiful panorama of the valley and the sea. The focus of the owners was entirely on creating a comfortable place with good facilities. Villa 1 was renovated in 2020 and comfortably accommodates 2 to 3 people. Villa 2 was renovated in 2022 is for 2 to 6 people. The renovation was done while preserving some authentic elements and by using sustainable materials it provides a retro touch and a warm feel. The whole place feels homey and cozy. The kitchens are simple but very complete.
Both houses have a partially covered terrace. Around the house you will enjoy a beautifully landscaped terrace and some mature trees that provide shade at the right times. The vacation homes are not far apart on the estate and are therefore also good to rent “together” for a larger group.
Outside you can feast at the large dining table overlooking the green surroundings. Around the house are several spots created so that every hour of the day you can find a spot in the sun or in the shade.
An ideal place for trips in the area. In the morning you can go to the charming lower village, Agios Georgios to the bakery (walk) for Greek sweets or have a coffee at one of the cafes. In the evening, stroll along the promenade and harbor, looking for one of the many restaurants the village offers. You can also take a day trip to Lichadonisia (the Maldives/Seychelles of Greece) as the Greeks call it. The green surroundings lend themselves perfectly to hiking and cycling. And with a little luck you can spot the many dolphins that pass by.
